2009 Users Conference

Another successful Soft-Pak user conference, as more first time users attended than ever before. Downtown San Diego is always a fantastic host for our guest, as we work hard and play hard during this three day event.  The discussion topics covered the additions to i-Pak Version 4 as well as an introduction to new features such as automated e-mail billing. A complete product overview was covered while customer interaction was strong (even with remote attendee's conferencing in) during the popular "open forum". The annual fun night was held at the U.S.S Midway where the Soft-Pak's group enjoyed private tours, flight simulators, and a beautiful dining experience at sunset on the flight deck.
