Soft-Pak has been in business for 20+ years and is recognized as the leading business critical software solutions for the waste industry. We are in search of an additional software trainer (based in San Diego) for our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training for Western based U.S. clients, both on site and via the internet.
- Have the ability to operate independently, consult client with best practices, and collect relevant information when unable to address client questions.
- Assist Training Manager with product documentation, training materials, and web site information.
- Assist with planning the annual user’s group meeting (based in San Diego).
Job Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience working or training within the technology or software industry. Waste Management industry experience a PLUS.
- An energetic problem solver, that listens and communicates well with customers.
- Experience with web based training methods.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Experience in writing product documentation &/or technology troubleshooting handouts.
