Web-Pak is an exciting new release from Soft-Pak allowing haulers to extend the power of i-Pak and e-Pak to their customer base. The Web-Pak product can be accessed via a link from your existing website; either hosted on your own webserver or on a Soft-Pak hosted site. The first release of Web-Pak will allows for the following:

  • Allows customers to view their account financial status and pay bills via credit cards. 
  • Real Time account updates within i-Pak or e-Pak for customer's payments.

Web-Pak will eventually offer even more service for your customers: 

  • Allow customers to pay with e-checks . 
  • e-mail billing statements.
  • Allows customers to securely store credit and debit card information for automatic payment processing &/or re-occurring payments.
  • Create the ability for customers to see their current services and submit request for additions, changes or cancelled services. These request will not directly change any service, but rather go to a queue for your representatives to review and merge into i-Pak or e-Pak when appropriate.

 

Dash-Pak is a dashboard that allows for a visual presentation of data within i-Pak or e-Pak. The Dash-Pak product currently has 10 standard displays that will allow management, dispatching, A/R and sales to instantly understand and make decisions regarding their respective departments.
