This report will show you which services have been paid for but not yet earned. Services that are billed in advance, such as Residential Quarterly, can sometimes get paid before the service has actually been performed. This report will show you what services fall into that category.
From the Accounting Menu, select A/R Earned/Unearned and the A/R Earned Unearned selection criteria screen will be displayed.
Enter the Company, range of companies or leave blank to include ALL companies.
Enter the Billing Cycle, range of cycles or leave blank to include ALL cycles.
Output Type: You can select to have this report Printed (go to your spool file), or go to a Spreadsheet file, which can be downloaded into excel.
When you have completed your selections, click or press 
and you will get a confirmation screen showing your selections. Click or press 
to continue and you will get the message that your request has been submitted to batch.
