button or press F13 (shift F1).In order to delete a customer, you need the proper Security access AND the customer has to meet certain criteria in order to be deleted such as balance due must be 0, no open work orders, etc.
From the Customer Profile screen, click on the button or press F13 (shift F1).
Click on the 
button or press F16 (shift F4).
The system will display the following message on the bottom of the screen:

Click on or press F16(shift F4) to confirm the deletion or click/press 
to return to the Customer Profile and NOT delete.
